i alot myself a maximum of 2 months to complete work, and on occasion it can take that long to complete pieces, especially if they are larger.

▬ GENERAL TERMS ▬

➼ please write in a clear, concise manner.➼ provide neat references. solely text descriptions are not allowed. you must have clear examples, and predominantly, visuals of your character(s), whether that's art, screenshots, or photography.➼ if your reference images include anything that may require a warning (gore, adult themes, etc), please spoiler them.➼ poor behavior is not tolerated. this includes sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fascist rhetoric, etc. to add, slurs are not acceptable, whether that's through conversation or commission description. if you are disrespectful, not only will i cease contact, but you will be added to my blacklist immediately, which nets you the inability to buy anything from me in the future.➼ if you fail to follow any of the rules provided above & below, i can choose to decline your commission inquiry altogether.

▬ WILLS AND WON'TS ▬

➼ I WILL DRAW: humans and human-like races, animal-like races (so long as they are involved in a tv / movie / video game / book series, furries are not included), mythical creatures and monsters.➼ I WILL NOT DRAW: furries (anthro or feral), excessive gore, underage/tiny characters, extreme kinks, fetishized transgender characters, bigoted portrayals, symbols or "dog whistles" that are associated with/represent bigotry/hatred towards minorities.DISCLAIMER: i reserve the right to deny anything outside of the 'will not draw' list if i'm not comfortable with it.

▬ PAYMENT ▬

➼ all commissions must be paid upfront in full via paypal, which i will provide you with upon agreement.
(please only ever send as "for goods and services"!)➼ the only currency accepted at this time is USD.
(CAD may be accepted, but conversion rates apply.)

▬ PROCESS ▬

➼ WIPs are given for each stage of the work (sketch, lines, then color/shading). WIPs may also be given if i need input on something that i am unsure about. during this time, corrections are able to be made without further fees; however, once the piece is complete, each change thereafter will cost a fee, and the price will vary upon the complexity of the change ($25 USD and onward).➼ the time for commission completion may be up to 2 months depending on many factors, such as; mental health, injury, work, order of commission, complexity, etc. should any of this come into effect, you will be notified as soon as possible.

▬ CANCELLING / REFUNDS ▬

➼ as the artist, i can cancel and refund you for your commission at any time, should i feel it necessary.➼ if payment has yet to be received and you find yourself unable to commission me, your commission will be cancelled.➼ if payment owed has not been received in a timely manner (unless we have discussed things otherwise), i can choose to cancel the commission.➼ if art owed has not been completed after 2 months time (unless we have discussed things otherwise), you can request a refund. if art has been started, refunds are not available.
➼ if art that has been started has taken an excessive amount of time to complete (without communication/consent), refunds are available.

▬ COPYRIGHT & USAGE ▬

➼ i, the artist, hold the right to use commissioned pieces for artistic promotion, which includes posting on social media platforms.
➼ commissioners can use copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless a signed agreement is made otherwise. you can print, share and use my art for personal use.➼ the following is considered copyright infringement:
• reproducing and/or using copyrighted artwork commercially/for profit if not explicitly agreed upon.
• reproducing and/or using copyrighted artwork without my explicit, written/contracted consent.
• taking credit for the artwork.
• removing signatures/watermarks.
• altering, editing, adding to or deriving from the artwork to create new artwork without the artist's (my) knowledge or consent.
• using my artwork for NFTs.
