▬ GENERAL TERMS ▬

➼ please write in a clear, concise manner.➼ provide neat references. solely text descriptions are not allowed. you must have clear examples, and predominantly, visuals of your character(s), whether that's art, screenshots, or photography.➼ if your reference images include anything that may require a warning (gore, adult themes, etc), please spoiler them.➼ poor behavior is not tolerated. this includes sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fascist rhetoric, etc. to add, slurs are not acceptable, whether that's through conversation or commission description. if you are disrespectful to any degree, not only will i cease contact, but you will be added to my blacklist immediately, which nets you the inability to buy anything from me in the future.➼ if you fail to follow any of the rules provided above & below, i have the right to decline your commission inquiry altogether.

▬ WILLS AND WON'TS ▬

➼ I WILL DRAW: humans, human-like races, monsters, animal-like races (so long as they are involved in a tv / movie / video game / book series). diverse gender identity and sexual orientation is a focus of mine.➼ I WILL NOT DRAW: furries (anthro or feral), excessive gore, bigoted portrayals, underage/tiny characters, extreme kinks, fetishized transgender characters.DISCLAIMER: i reserve the right to deny anything outside of the 'will not draw' list if i'm not comfortable with it.

▬ PAYMENT ▬

➼ all commissions must be paid upfront in full via direct paypal link, which i will provide you with upon agreement (fees must be covered).➼ the only currency accepted is USD.

▬ PROCESS ▬

➼ WIPs are given for each stage of the work (sketch, lines, then color/shading). WIPs may also be given if i need input on something that i, the artist, am unsure about. during this time, corrections are able to be made without further fees; however, once the piece is complete, each change thereafter will cost a fee, and the price will vary upon the complexity of the change ($25 USD and onward).➼ the time for commission completion may be up to 2 months depending on many factors, such as; mental health, injury, work, order of commission, complexity, etc. should any of this come into effect, you will be notified as soon as possible.

▬ CANCELLING / REFUNDS ▬

➼ as the artist, i reserve the right to cancel and refund you for your commission at any time.➼ you, as the commissioner, cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist after payment is received. if payment has yet to be received and you find yourself unable to commission me, your commission will be cancelled.➼ if payment owed has not been received in a timely manner (unless we have discussed things otherwise), i have the right to cancel the commission.➼ if art owed has not been completed after 2 months time (unless we have discussed things otherwise), you have the right to request a refund. otherwise, i will not do refunds under any circumstances.

▬ COPYRIGHT & USAGE ▬

➼ i, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing itself (not the character(s) portrayed). this means i may use any art i so desire for artistic promotion, whether that's sharing on social media platforms, privately, or commercially.➼ my commissioners are allowed to use copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed to otherwise. you may print, share and use my art for personal promotion so long as credit is given to me as the artist.➼ if you break the copyright infringement in any way, rights you had to the drawing will be retracted, with no refund.➼ the following is considered copyright infringement:• reproducing and/or using copyrighted artwork commercially/for profit.
• taking credit for the artwork.
• removing signatures/watermarks.
• altering, editing or adding to the artwork without the artist's (my) consent.
• using my artwork for NFTs or AI.i will not often make artwork for the use of commercial rights (artwork used for books, props, promotional imagery, etc etc.) if you are truly interested in something like this from me, please contact me privately so we may discuss it.
